We Vermonters should be proud that we delivered Barack Obama his 12th landslide victory in a row.

Proud that we chose the candidate who offered hope, instead of the cynical use of fear.

Proud to once again be the conscience of the nation.

And proud that we supported the candidate that believes in Howard Dean’s 50 State Strategy — that every state in the nation matters, no matter how small.

This race continues, and as we have demonstrated so many times before, as Vermont goes, so goes the nation.
